Porches and decks surround the interior of this gorgeous Hood Herring Architecture home. The large low country home is designed to take advantage of the beautiful setting. The roof deck is accessed from the master bedroom porch. The solution was not easy but with the client's insistence a wonderful amenity to the home was accomplished.

The low country home located on two acres of the intracoastal waterway has eighty year old live oaks and an expansive lawn down to the waterway. Each of the four bedrooms has a private porch or balcony. The second floor over the garage is a guest quarters and billard card room.
